We are looking for a customer service employee (m/f/d) in the food & beverage area  (m/f/d) for the  Hamburg location to start as soon as possible

Your tasks:

• Recording ofdelivery notes and comparison
• Collection and processing of telephone and written inquiries
• Active telephone sales in the existing customer environment
• Call Center
• Telephone field service support
• Maintenance of customer master data

What do you bring with you:

• High communication skills in connection with a pronounced customer orientation
• Experienced handling of common IT systems
• Business fluent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Experience in customer service is desirable
